A guided session that is perfect for all creative levels to enjoy a therapeutic and step by step artistic painting on canvas activity that will result in artistic enjoyment while allowing the creative juices to flow. It is well-known that nurturing your inner artist brings great joy and pleasure and is important in improving physical and mental health and reducing stress.
