• Approximate pick-up time will be given when you call the Friday before the trip to confirm and pay.
• Some trips may require early pick up due to distance to be travelled.
• A waitlist will be created for high demand trips and you will be called if a seat becomes available.
• When booking please let us know of any mobility equipment you will be taking and be aware that not all venues are suitable for wheelchairs/walkers.
• All persons booking on trips must be able to meet all their own needs during the day.
• Cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
• Trips may be cancelled if insufficient numbers are booked to attend a trip.
