The new year has brought with it new leadership at TransCare Hunter Limited in the appointment of Garry Lane as the General Manager.
Mr Lane served as the Operations Manager of TransCare for a period of eight months prior to a restructure of the organisation.
“I’m pleased to be given the opportunity to work with our Board and staff to continue the quality services that TransCare offers to its clients in the Upper Hunter,” he said
“We have a wonderful group of volunteers that support our services and a team of staff that are dedicated to providing the best possible outcomes for our community.
“We had a new transport software system introduced late last year and things are starting to run more smoothly in our scheduling and with the use of new technology.”
TransCare provides in-home domestic and personal care services, social support services and transport services across the Upper Hunter and Muswellbrook Shire Councils.
